December 17 — Eugene Planning Commission Public Hearing on NRS

2003 — January 27 — New staff memo proposes revised approach including delayed process and unspecified changes to significance criteria. Record re-opened after citizen requests.
February 10 — Public comment on staff memo re-closed.
February — Eugene City Council scheduled for public hearing.
March 10 — New staff memo retracts delay proposal, and proposes inventory and significance criteria corrections (A) and revisions (B). The revisions would remove some 14% of the upland and riparian habitat form the inventory (for example, roughly 200 acres from site E37 alone). Record re-opened after citizen requests.
March 28 — Public comment on staff memo re-closed.
June 30 — State of Oregon DLCD deadline for draft inventory, significance criteria, and ESEE site analyses.
